We have a web app which is well developed but still in its development phase.
We have an issue with the logic which needs fixing. It does work on one level but doesn't do entirely what is required. You will therefore be able to easily and quickly understand the nature of the issue to fix it.

This is a flask app, written in python and js.

We use Squarespace to collect payments. Here's an example of a product we have with a custom form: https://www.ppas.uk.com/book-a-trial/p/street-dance-intensive-course-ages-12-17 Upon purchase, we receive all the payment details in Squaresapce along with the custom form. We have connected the commerce api between Squarespace and Mailchimp and the data come across fine. However we only receive name, email, billing address. We need the form details along with a tag created (the product name) attached to the contact. We would need the fields mapping also into the contacts with Mailchimp - for example we would like the Students name as the main contact name in Mailchimp rather than the billing name as the main contact. We have tried tools like zapier but understand that it will require some additional coding / webhook integration that pulls our custom product form into Mailchimp. Using the Voxel theme for wordpress they have a booking functionality built in that stores the booked dates within a meta field as json data. I need to build a plugin that will add the ability for two way iCal calendar sync so that properties that are added to the platform if booked online elsewhere will be shown as booked on the wordpress site and vice versa, if booked on the wordpress site the shared iCal will update the other platforms so the availability is always accurate. It will require a shortcode and or elementor widget building that will allow the input of a control so the user can enter a ical link and also export an ical link for each listing and also manage the ical link by removing it etc. This should then send/receive the relevant data and update the listing accordingly.
