We seek a skilled office space planner and technical designer to support our expanding team. Candidates must have extensive experience in UK commercial space planning with a strong understanding of legal requirements for walkways, distances and more. The selected freelancer will aid our space planning efforts by creating detailed floor plans, technical drawings and other architectural documents. They should have expertise producing layouts, teapoint and wall elevations, reflected ceiling plans, lighting and heating layouts as well as mechanical schematics.
