We’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert to white-label a full system setup for one of our clients in the solar sales industry.
The client is in direct-to-home solar, generating leads via door-knocking, and also recruits via a corporate recruiter. They’ve set up some basic GHL functionality but need someone to professionally implement and optimize everything—including automation, CRM pipelines, dashboards, and onboarding.
You’ll be working under our brand and must be comfortable with white-label work, clear communication, and hitting deadlines.

Build a recruiting funnel to track:
Referred recruits
Show-ups
Hires
Retention
Build a customer funnel to import CSVs from a door-knocking app
Proper tagging, segmentation, and pipeline setup for both funnels
Phase 2 – Automation
Text and email automations for lead nurturing and recruitment
Trigger-based workflows (new CSV contact triggers a follow-up sequence)
Phase 3 – Reporting & Training
Dashboard to track recruiter KPIs and lead flow
Client-facing training Looms and live Zoom onboarding (we can assist)
Minimal post-setup support/tweaks (30 days)
