New logo for kickboxing school

I seek a logo design to represent my new family-run kickboxing school, dubbed 'The Warriors Way Kickboxing'. The business offers training to people of all ages and abilities, intending to unleash one's inner strength, speed, power and fighting precision through the disciplined art of kickboxing.
The ideal logo would visually capture the school's ethos of empowering individuals and families through martial arts instruction in a supportive environment. A sense of unity amongst students from varied backgrounds is another core value the design might portray. While flexibility in shape is allowed, the logo will be reproduced at various small sizes online and on promotional materials, so simplicity and clarity and readability should be prioritized over complexity.
