simple design work in canva or equivalent design program

I run a self storage facility, I need someone to take our plans and copy them in canva or another design program without any grey background and add the size of the unit in the top left hand corner. Then upload the plans a jpeg into the self stprage faciltity program we use and map them out. It's very straight forward to do, but a bit time consuming .
