UK Based Support for Wordpress, Woo Commerce, PHP

We're looking for a technical support person. Skills required: Wordpress, Woo Commerce, PHP, with an awareness of SEO
We are looking for a UK based individual with whom we can develop an ongoing relationship. Please do not make a proposal to work with us if you do not meet this criteria as we've unfortunately lost time due to a disingenuous proposal. We would like to progress ASAP as some of our upgrades are now time-critical.
We have a number of small web sites and one major site that is based on six wordpress installations and some bespoke PHP pages. These need “cleaning” up with unused plugins removing and remaining plugins updating. We also require a new wordpress/Woo Commerce installation to be created in such a way as we can populate it in the background before going live. In addition we want to install some new plugins.
