HiI have a wp website that is pretty much set up. I wasn’t happy with how the last developer left it so i tried to unpublish pages and made a few errors. Its a case of rectifying my simple errors & finish off setting it up ( add subscription package, check everything)
I have 3 websites & 3 businesses, essentially whoever I take on now, Im hoping we can have a long business relationship where they work on all my sites, they’ll also be jobs in admin & email ( anything tech)

Looking for creates Odoo Saas Reseller. Must be able to white label, make subscriptions, trials, backup, different plans, everything automated. I am not looking for custom build for the saas as that will be expensive, looking for max $400, there seems to be other options out there maybe you have copy to use or have made your own. 1. CORE: Below is just a example list setup from a saaskit i know, not necessarily set in stone. Must work with Odoo 18 community. Multi-tenant engine – clones a template DB for every new client. Plan & quota manager – defines which apps, users, and storage each tier gets. Self-service trial / signup page – creates demo databases that auto-expire. Stripe / PayPal billing hooks – suspend, renew, or upgrade databases automatically. Custom domain & SSL – lets clients use erp.theirbrand.com with wildcard HTTPS. Backup + restore jobs – daily pg_dump + filestore with off-site retention. Monitoring & alerts – CPU/RAM dashboards and uptime notifications. One-click upgrade scripts – migrate all tenant DBs when new Odoo versions drop. White-label UI – branded login page, email templates, optional backend theme toggle. Support portal / live chat – built-in help-desk or external widget for every tenant. Seat & usage enforcement – blocks extra users or bills for overages. I'm a school improvement partner and visit lots of different schools. During my visits, I take notes and then write up a record of visit afterwards that I send to the headteacher for a factual accuracy check. I sometimes also share the report with other professionals as required. I'm looking for the very cheapest price to create a web-based portal (something very simple) that allows me to complete a record of visit form after each visit which then turns into a nice professional looking record of visit on a branded template that can be printed or viewed as PDF or similar. The fields I would typically need are date of visit, school name, consultant name, headteacher name, context, activities undertaken, key findings (where I can detail in bullet points or prose), recommendations/next steps and next visit date. Ideally, I'd like the headteachers in each school to be able to be sent a link where they can see their record of visit online and suggest any factual inaccuracies that I can resolve and finalise. It would be handy if they could log in to see their different records of visit all in one place or follow an individual link where all their records of visit are housed in one place rather than being reliant on sending word attachments on email each time and the records of visits all being all over the place. Interested to find out how much this would cost. It doesn't need huge amounts of functionality other than what I've outlined above. I'd like to be able to access the portal on an iPad as well. Doesn't need to be a separate app but the ability for me to access record of visit form on an iPad during a visit so I can type my notes straight into it. Thanks, Shaun
