Desktop Application - Notification per click

Description

I would like to design an application that allow the user to define a preset list of two columns Latin/Arabic (Name/number for example) or single column, and to show it as desktop notification in sequence whenever a specific keys is clicked (Mouse right click / left click / enter key / Space or Escape), while the user can define gap in seconds / minutes between each notification and the other. Also, the user can select which key is the trigger or to select an auto mode (Which will display the notification every specific number of seconds / minutes).Also the app will show how many notifications shown at any moment and allow to restart the count.
