Description

I am looking for a freelancer who can edit OCR text to match exactly with a source PDF. The OCR text is in a Word document format and the source PDF contains 1900 pages. I need the formatting to be applied to the edited OCR text to match the source PDF formatting.
If you are able to satisfy me with the image corrections then I have 100 times more pages ready to be worked upon. The text usually is in English language with diacritic marks (Devanagari text Romanized in English). But sometimes, the text also contains Hindi, Devanagari and Sanskrit language. Prior knowledge to these languages and diacritic marks would be an added advantage.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:- Proficiency in OCR software and text editing tools- Attention to detail and ability to match formatting accurately- Experience working with large documents- Strong communication skills to ensure the final product meets my expectations.
