Role Summary: Business Analyst – Billing System Transformation (Remote, 10 hrs/week) We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the transformation of our billing system. Must be self-driven, organized, and able to deliver outcomes independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Teams, Confluence, and Excel is essential.
