I'm looking to get a 2D architectural drawing done.Specifically, I need a CAD-based floor plan drawing.I have detailed reference images that I can provide, so there won't really be any guesswork involved.I'm open to having it look as close to the reference images as possible, but ultimately I'm looking for a highly detailed and professional-looking CAD-based drawing.

I have a 'logo' as a moderate quality raster image. It's monochrome. It's quite detailed. I need it simplified into three much simpler vector versions - one simple enough to go on a rubber wristband, so down to twenty or so lines and curves.
