I'm looking to get a 2D architectural drawing done.Specifically, I need a CAD-based floor plan drawing.I have detailed reference images that I can provide, so there won't really be any guesswork involved.I'm open to having it look as close to the reference images as possible, but ultimately I'm looking for a highly detailed and professional-looking CAD-based drawing.

I need to create an install guide that will look incredibly professional as it needs to be published on governement websites. I have all the source material but it will need ot be built from scratch, i preume in Adobe PS Attached is 1 - A word doc (competitor drawing). This is the benchmark of how good my documen needs to be and mirror this layout 2 - There is a PPT (product pptd) with two drawings on and ipso lorem to show my final layout 3 - A second PPT (product ppt v2 which has the correct annotation that can be used for BOTH diagrams) as can be seen in the word doc. I don't think it should take more than a couple of hours if I'm honest but output needs to be incredibly professional. Thanks Dave
