Comment Bot Tool

I'd like to discuss creation of a comment bot with someone. What I'd ideally like is the ability to have multiple accounts within a platform be able to do a few things: 0. I need ability to have multiple accounts from different IP addresses (I can purchase these separately if easier) 1. I feed the bot a list of target URLs on given platform (YT,disqus,IG...we'll see) 2. The bot posts comments I provide 3. Various accounts we've created will upvote original post. Looking forward to hearing proposals with this experiment!
