I am looking for an interior designer to prepare layout, 3-D and render drawings for a yoga/pilates studio. The all-concrete attic space with sloping ceiling comprising skylights and balconies presents a unique opportunity to design something special and outstanding. Only designers with previous experience designing yoga studios, wellness centers, etc.... need to bid for this project. AutoCAD drawings and pictures of the space will be provides with a basic outline of the studio requirements.

I am looking for a talented comic artist for a long-term collaborative project. The core requirement is the ability to create characters that closely resemble or are clearly recognizable from photographs that I will provide. A semi-realistic or realistic art style that can capture likeness well is highly preferred. A significant aspect of this project will be the exploration of themes such as betrayal and NTR (Netorare).
