Looking for a cheap comic book artist

I am looking for a talented comic artist for a long-term collaborative project.
The core requirement is the ability to create characters that closely resemble or are clearly recognizable from photographs that I will provide. A semi-realistic or realistic art style that can capture likeness well is highly preferred.
A significant aspect of this project will be the exploration of themes such as betrayal and NTR (Netorare). Therefore, I am specifically seeking an artist who is comfortable with and ideally passionate about these themes and is able to portray the nuanced emotions and scenarios involved.
While the initial compensation per piece may not be high, this is envisioned as a very long-term project, offering consistent work and earnings over an extended period. We can discuss rates in more detail, but the main appeal for the right artist will be the steady nature of the collaboration and the thematic content.
If you are an artist who excels at drawing from photo references, is interested in exploring themes of betrayal and NTR, and is looking for a stable, long-term creative partnership, I would love to hear from you.
