Create an emblem similar to the Holy See's emblem

See the attached file. Make the emblem more elegant and sophisticated rather than cartoonish. The Create an emblem features a papal tiara holding a large ancient egyptian reed leaf hieroglyph. In the centre of the three crowns of the tiara there is (1st crown): a heart (second crown): a djembe (third crown): a wand. and on the top is a zigzag in a circle, keep all of these elements, just make the overall image more elegant rather than cartoonish.

I need an skecthup model built

I am looking for someone to build a sketchup model of an existing three storey, semi-detached property. There is a set of existing survey drawings in DWG that I will make available.. I have shared .PDF versions of the topographical survey and elevations for reference. I will also share existing photographs for reference. The model will need to have clearly labelled Tags for each building element. Each of these elements are to be grouped to ensure that the model can be edited quickly and easily in the future. I have included a precedent sketchup model to illustrate Tags, groups and level of detail.

I have a really nice set up. I need someone that can take my desk setup photos and photos of me working and turn them into social media friendly images that make my standard photos pop. I can kind of do this, but I need someone that can make them consistent every time.
