Make changes to php mySQL website

I need the following changes made to my php MySQL website:
1. Change double scroll bars as in attached 23170 to a single one.
2. Columns in category 70 questions are too close together as in 23040 attached.
3. Font size is too small for passages as in 230545 attached. This apparently is set by code because in the Questions table, the font size is the same as for the questions field.
4. Add Data Sufficiency to the search terms in the Data Insights category. Clicking on this should pull up all category 7 explanations.
5. Restore the code that displays text as graphics so the text cannot be copied.
6. In the attached image 23363, Panel3 is too long and doesn't accommodate the entire text, which continues on below the panel.
7. This question shows a Panel7 with a "q" inside Panel7 with the actual question.
8. Change Fist Name and Last Name to User ID and Password on login page.
9. Remove "for" on menu bar.
