I need a brand guidelines pack

Hi all!
I am looking for someone to create me a logo first off, with a small brand guidelines kit with the font / colours etc that I can use when building a website and marketing.
It’s for a new education focussed business, and if we can strike a deal - I would potentially be looking for 2x sets of these
