WEBSITE DESIGN FOR A CAR BUYING SITE AND INTEGRATE API

Hello, i am looking for a website builder to create a car buying website like www.webuyanycar.co.uk
Must be similar design if not better, with in this website i will also be integrating an 'application programming interface'
This API will give the car details when the end user puts their vehicle registration into our website. I already have the application to integrate the API keys.
