Landscape design for a new house in UAE

I need a landscape designer to design this backyard in a house in UAE. The designer should be familiar with UAE especially the weather condition and understand what type of plants can planted. The backbyard is facing north, we need a space where it can be cozy, family oriented, have a place for family gathering and BBQ but also relax.
