Wordpress lost project

I’m in a bit of a pickle with a wordpress website that I was building for myself. I changed the wordpress default domain to an ionos hosted web address and now cant get access to the WP admin panel. I looked in the FTP of the ionos host domain that I was trying to move it to and there appears to be some files there that relate to the website but I cant find a WP_option file. I’m not sure if it is salvageable. Looking for someone to see if they can restore it?
