A small environmental engineering firm has a batch of MS-Excel spreadsheets that "no" longer function. The root cause has not been confirmed, though the current thinking is that the Excel macros in these spreadsheets have become dated and too old and no longer function due to updated Windows OS and/or Office version. The machines are up to date on Windows 10 Pro and the Office versions do vary. These are "perpetual" desktop Office licenses and not 365 licenses. For instance, a 2019 Home Office edition Excel will not work on 2019 Professional edition. There could be other root causes for Excel issues, which is why we need someone proficient in MS-Excel to help troubleshoot.
