Programme Planner / Project Controls Consultant – Construction

We’re looking for a freelance programme planner / project controls specialist to support the development of a master programme and associated cashflow model for a large mixed-use development.
The scope includes: • Building a flexible and modular master programme (ideally in Asta Powerproject or MS Project) to track multiple workstreams and delivery phases. • Linking the programme to a cashflow forecast model (in Excel or Power BI). • Enabling scenario testing for different land delivery sequencing options (e.g. adjusting the order and timing of site phases and assessing impact on cashflow and delivery). • Delivering outputs in a way that can be easily updated and reviewed by internal teams.
Must-have skills: • Strong experience in construction or infrastructure programme planning • Proficient in Asta Powerproject or MS Project • Comfortable working with data models in Excel and ideally Power BI • Experience with cost loading / cashflow forecasting linked to programme • Ability to structure and communicate programme logic
