We’re looking for a freelance programme planner / project controls specialist to support the development of a master programme and associated cashflow model for a large mixed-use development.
The scope includes: • Building a flexible and modular master programme (ideally in Asta Powerproject or MS Project) to track multiple workstreams and delivery phases. • Linking the programme to a cashflow forecast model (in Excel or Power BI). • Enabling scenario testing for different land delivery sequencing options (e.g. adjusting the order and timing of site phases and assessing impact on cashflow and delivery). • Delivering outputs in a way that can be easily updated and reviewed by internal teams.
Must-have skills: • Strong experience in construction or infrastructure programme planning • Proficient in Asta Powerproject or MS Project • Comfortable working with data models in Excel and ideally Power BI • Experience with cost loading / cashflow forecasting linked to programme • Ability to structure and communicate programme logic

Unfortunately a website I posted needing in February still has not been finished, more so Information was used from a reference site which made it look like we was impersonating them. As such the hosting company removed the site until certain information was removed. This still has not been done, as such the site is currently hidden behind password access. I have posted below the original listing and requirements. The website is part built and I can say they did build the search by size function and it appears to work. We are looking together this completed in no more than 14 days due to the huge delays. There will also be further work to be done to add in a couple of new features which have arisen since the original project. This will be allowing the customer to pick what coloured handles they would like on certain cases at an additional cost. For the purpose of building the website, copying some of the products from the reference site would allow us to ensure we have all the relevant attributes and filters. Ideally the new stock will just remain hidden until we launch this side of the business in the future. The home page needs a search function similar to that of the reference website, however with a few more options. We're looking for a "Web App" developer for mobile ads. We need a developer who is a skilled communicator, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and can develop basic web applications that incorporate videos, images, animations, and/or mobile landing pages. We've done it ourselves, and it usually takes a day or two at most per ad or web app. However, we need to reallocate resources and are now seeking a freelancer. We have three basic "ads" that we need to set up ASAP, but if you do a good job, we hope that you can be our preferred "web-app-as-a-mobile-ad" developer.
