Drawing and Quoting System

Description

I am looking for a system similar to CAD that is fast to plot a glass balustrade and calculate the parts needed and cost. Software that we can transfer the detail from when we have measured a deck and then plot the balustrade onto it including the stairs, being able draw stairs step by step. the System will them plot the balustrade with the rules created.
We have 8 Systems that includes various colours of glass and various colours of metal. We are able to provide the CAD blocks of the individual components .
