We're at a pivotal point where we're looking to refresh our brand to better connect with our audience and stand out in the healthcare coaching industry. We believe that a strong visual identity is paramount to our communication strategy, and we're seeking a talented Creative Designer to lead our social media rebranding project.
The Project:The goal of this project is to revamp our social media presence with a fresh, innovative, and cohesive visual identity that reflects our brand's values and resonates with our target audience. We're looking for a creative mind who can conceptualize and execute a rebranding kit that not only elevates our brand but also increases engagement across all our social media channels.
What We're Looking For:Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating visual identities for brands on social media.A creative portfolio that showcases your ability to translate brand values into compelling visual stories.Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of social media platforms' design requirements.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing team.Specific Deliverables:The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive rebranding kit tailored for social media, which includes:
Brand Style Guide: A detailed document outlining the new visual identity, including color palettes, typography, iconography, and usage guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
Social Media Templates: Custom templates for posts, stories, and cover photos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. These should be easily editable for ongoing use.
Profile Overhaul: Design of new profile pictures, banners, and bio descriptions that align with the rebranding.
Engagement Boosters: Creation of visually appealing graphics, GIFs, and short video templates that can be used for promotions, announcements, and engagement-driven posts.
Implementation Plan: A strategic rollout plan for the new branding across social media channels, including a timeline and suggestions for launch campaigns.
