Description

Hi, I am looking to have a Wordpress pricing table designed for my website that looks something like these:

I know there are a lot of Wordpress plugins that do it, the ones I have tried didn't look good, so I thought I would ask for a helping hand.
Ideally it would be using a plugin I can edit myself moving forward. I don't want to pay any ongoing charges for the plugin.
I have a Word document with the pricing table information.
