This project entails developing a fully-functional website using the WordPress content management system and WooCommerce e-commerce platform. Designs have been created in Figma and will require minor adjustments to optimize the user experience. Animated videos and films also need to be incorporated onto various pages. Product sheets must be developed to promote items for sale.
Payment processing will be facilitated through Stripe to allow online purchases. Integrations with two external services, TimeFlow and Calendly, need configuration to enable necessary functionality. TimeFlow will synchronize business data while Calendly will manage scheduling appointments.
As a startup firm, incremental development using an agile framework is paramount. Individual sprints must be completed and approved before each payment is initiated to successfully launch within budget constraints. Long-term collaboration is sought to sustain ongoing enhancements as needs evolve. Immediate commencement and iteration on refinements are preferred to quickly deploy a polished digital presence.
