We are seeking a skilled structural engineer to design the support structure for an EOT crane. The project involves designing and detailing gantry girders and columns that will support the crane's operation.
Scope of Work:Structural design and detailing of:
Gantry girders (approximately 35 meters runway length)
Six columns
Required bracings, base plates, and connections
Project Inputs:Estimated total weight of structure: ~8 Tons
Total gantry girder length: 35 meters
Number of support columns: 6
Indoor application
Deliverables Required:Structural Design & Analysis Report & calculation
Load calculations and analysis
Code compliance (IS / Euro / AISC standards)
Detailed Fabrication Drawings
Gantry girders
Columns and connections
Base plate and anchor bolt details
Bracing details (if needed)
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Section sizes, plate thicknesses, bolt specs, etc.
Base Reactions for Foundation (Optional but Preferred)
Requirements:Prior experience in industrial structural steel design
Proficiency with tools like STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.
