We are seeking an experienced developer to build a website with a robust backend/API. Key requirements include PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Apache with mod_rewrite, and security measures such as prepared statements, input sanitization, and CSRF protection. The website should have RESTful APIs and be built with PHP 7.4+ or PHP Laravel. The ideal candidate should have a strong PHP development background, expertise in MySQL and RESTful API development, proficiency in frontend technologies, familiarity with Apache server configuration, and knowledge of web security best practices. Previous work and relevant experience should be provided as samples.
