Web designer needed for occasional ongoing work

Hi
At the moment I need someone to give an existing site a complete makeover starting with a new homepage design, so initially I can give you access to wordpress admin panel and you can redesign the pages from there.
Need homepage completed (and approved) asap before moving on to other pages, initial brief below.

2. Select a convenient appointment using our online bookingtool found within your vey own customer portal
3. Thats it! our Surveyor will call at the alloted timeand complete the survey which normally takes about an hour and we'll email you the certificate upon payment
