Display documents in order on a Wordpress website

I manage a website for a client and the website is: https://stburyanlamornapaul-pc.gov.uk/
On this page: https://stburyanlamornapaul-pc.gov.uk/ova_doc/ documents from meetings are displayed.
I would like to show the documents in date order, at present they are in random order.
I am looking for quotes for this task. Please do not contact my client or anyone from https://stburyanlamornapaul-pc.gov.uk/ or I will complain to PPH and you will not be considered for the project.
