Hello, We already have the existing plans drawn up on CAD of a large house which needs a front elevation re-model. Over the years its had extension upon extension and is now very messy with unbalanced positions and styles of windows etc which do not match. It needs a modest front elevation extension to accommodate a new central staircase and most likely new central front door. Also elements of the front need re-modelled or tweaked (hopefully it does not need a grandeous restyle (certainly not grey aluminum or white render) , just sensitive window position/style changes and sensitive extension.
