3D Representation for a sports complex site proposal (URGENT)

Description

Am working on a proposal to build a sports complex on farmland and want to discuss the options with the landowner.I would like a 3D representation of what the complex might look like.
I want the designer to take a Google Maps location and overlay with following :- 3 Grass Playing pitches - 1 which will be a Main pitch beside sports complex with some terrace viewing area each side of pitch, (2 with flood lighting), including goal Gaelic Games goal posts & Ball stop nets behind each goal- Sports Complex (gym, changing rooms, etc)- Parking, etc- Ball wall & skills area
I have a sample that I would like it based on from a previous project I was involved in.
