Data extracted from an excel spreadsheet

We have a spreadsheet with around 2500 rows of data. Basically each row is a code of a box and it's location and brief notes about the box. We have around 450 box codes that we need found on that list, and then those corresponding rows put onto a new spreadsheet and delete the lines of the original spreadsheet.
