2 x local area maps - illustrated in Adobe Illustrator

I require the drawing of 2 x maps in Illustrator, to be fully layered and editable. I will supply 2 google map screen grabs (one attached as only allowed 3 files for examples) and you will create 2 traced vector illustrations of these areas. They will be simplified as per examples provided. PPH won't let me attach an .ai file so only example screen grabs attached. But I can provide if required so you can fully see what it is I will need to be supplied. Colours and fonts are not overly important as these will match the final brochure design - this is why the illustrations need to be fully layered and editable for final styling.

Spruce up my Squarespace Website

I have a Squarespace website that I made myself for my localization agency but I'm not a designer and so would love to find someone who could spend a day improving the design. All the text, links, structure etc is fine. Just need improvements on design like colours, imagery, and generally making it look more consistent across the different pages and more professionally done. Flyer and Posters

I am being given the opportunity to advertise my children's nursery at my local leisure centre. There is a soft play area, children's swim classes and sensory sessions for babies being run at the leisure centre. My current location is 1.2 miles away from the leisure centre and I am opening a second location 1.1 miles away. I am still awaiting approval to start advertising the second location. For now I would like to advertise generally, and as soon as I am given permission on the second branch, I would like to pivot towards drumming up interest for the second branch only.
