Muse Score - Random Notes and Rests

Dear PPH programmers.
I need some code written for a plugin for desktop MuseScore - https://musescore.org/en (A Music Notation App)
It will be a random note generator.It will be silmilar to https://github.com/Reyuu/random-notes-ms4
It only needs a C4 note as being used for rhythm praictice only.
I need to be able to select in advance:
1. The note durations ie Minims, Crotchet, Quavers etc2. Rests3. The number of notes
Everything then must be random.
