I need to create a Local Business Database

Description

I'm looking to create a database of about 1000 - 2000 local business located in near Langham Place in London with a view to contacting them regarding a new restaurant in the area. I'm planning to execute the outreach by phone with a view to building relationships with the local businesses in the area.What I need is someone to create the database which will be based on proximity to the venue and to include the business contact details. The type of business can be very broad but the type of business would be helpful.
