Hi! I need a 3D building designed from photos. I need only the 3D model in FBX, OBJ file or 3dsmax file. I don't need materials or renders or UV mapping and I don't need all the details as in the photo, but to have some details so it would resemble the building from photo. I need only the exterior with windows, and the last floor slab and the roof with wood rafters to be done.Also, only i need 2 sides to be with the windows and details, because i will see the building from isometric view only.Need to be done in the next 48h. Thank you!

Drawing for planning application

We are installing external wall insulation to a property We have submitted plans and have been asked to Only drawn plans will be acceptable these can then be annotated. Plans denoting the adjustments to the external wall insulation which was discussed with Gwynedd Highways will also be required. Then a typical cross section plan will be required which will demonstrate the thickness of the insulation to be added onto the existing wall, along with the finish. If I supply the pictures of the elevations with the measurements on, I need the drawings to meet the above requirements

We’re building a character-led identity around Zogg the Space Pirate — a mischievous, meme-loving alien who crashed on Earth and got obsessed with geek culture. He’s the brand voice and face of JustGeek.com and needs to appear across web, social, email, and product promo materials in various dynamic styles and costumes. 1. Core Character Design - Full-body, high-res illustration of Zogg the Space Pirate - Base look: Blue alien, eyepatch, big grin, pirate hat with skull, earrings, red bandana, boots, baggy pants, belt - Style: Cartoonish but sharp — bold lines, clean for web use, highly expressive - Include layered PSD or vector file with separated elements if possible (for posing) 2.
