Digital Lead Magnet Needs Designing

Description

The attached lead magnet will be the first freebie our organisation offers. It is meant to represent a very high value product that our clients would love and therefore needs to be very polished in its appearance.
It is long (30 pages) but the bulk of the pages can follow the same format.
As this is going to be free on the internet for anyone to use it needs to represent the high quality nature of the CyPro brand. As an example of the high quality of our brand see our summary pack also attached > this is to guide on our brand quality not to give an example of what the output of this lead magnet should look like!
Output required is an A4 portrait lead magnet fully designed to brand and highly polished. We need the editable file as well as 3 different mock up images (like the attached). I'd suggest this is done in Adobe InDesign but am open to suggestions.
