T-Shirt design from concept drawing

I require a professional freelance graphic designer to formalize a concept design for a t-shirt celebrating a Kids' Camp event. The concept envisioned features a sign post with directional signs crafted from recycled materials. While a preliminary sketch has been developed, the design needs refinement for production. Specifically, the designer's task will be to transform the hand-drawn concept into a high-quality digital file suitable for commercial printing. Legibility and readability must be prioritized, as the intended audience of campers ranges in age. As such, fonts mimicking a hand-lettered aesthetic are preferred. Spacing between elements of the composition should allow each component to remain clearly discernable from a distance. Creativity is welcome in interpreting the raw concept, so long as the repurposed-material theme translating to a 'crafted from trash' look remains intact. Final submissions shall be delivered in industry-standard file formats (e.g. EPS, PDF) at high resolution and scaleable quality. Turnaround time required is one week from project kick-off. Experience designing for youth audiences and familiarity with t-shirt printing processes will be beneficial. I welcome estimates from qualified freelance graphic designers interested in formalizing this camp promotion design. Colorizing the design is needed, the shirts will be yellow, the outline in green. The use of orange and black can be incorporated. We plan to use Direct To Garment (DTG) print process.

Landscape design for a new house in UAE

I need a landscape designer to design this backyard in a house in UAE. The designer should be familiar with UAE especially the weather condition and understand what type of plants can planted.
