UK Planning pre-application to be done on farm house project

Description

Hi,
I need a pre-application to be, most of the drawings have already been done as per attached - I will send you the DWG file as well.
I need someone to do a write up to scale and make one final scheme of the site as council will only accept one scheme not many.
I need also someone to make the granny annex more attractive and temporary looking plus some more extensions to the farm house it self with some changes.
Then do a write up - perhaps a design and access statement and then submit it to the council (three rivers council)
