Exterior design and floor plan of a 16 x 13 house

Hi Nur Hatice Kübra, I am looking for a 3D exterior to be done please and a floor plan just to get an idea of how it could look. Thank you here is what I was thinking and the size of the house, also how long roughly would this take please and the price for it to be done thank you. Ground floor Open plan kitchen,dining,living room with log burner fire.would like a large 2 story window in this area with an inside small/medium size balcony looking over this area. Grand Entrance hall on its own or to the open plane kitchen living/dinning room with beautiful stairs. Snuggle room/living room with log burner fire. Pantry/utility area behind the kitchen in the kitchen area would like the door to this to be hidden in to the kitchen interior/walls. Shoe/boot and coat room. Downstairs toilet.
