Simple scoreboard for a ten pin bowling competion

Description

I need a scoreboard created which will capture a person's name and their score from a Google Doc. I want to generate a scoreboard sorted by highest score. Ideally, I want the positions to be listed, such as 1st, 2nd, joint 3rd etc. I want the scoreboard to refresh every time a new score is submitted to the Google Doc.
I want to display this in an embedded form showing the top 20 scores on a webpage.
I would like this created within 24 hours of acceptance of the project
