Develop a toolkit

Description

I'm looking for an experienced coder/developer to help me develop a toolkit for businesses covering areas such as finance, HR, governance etc. The toolkit is meant to be used by myself to ask a series of questions and by the end of it a report or dashboard is produced showing RAG rating/scoring system for each area. The toolkit needs to be be linked to a control framework (set of questions) which I have produced and it also needs to produce a dashboard at the end of it. I have used Ai and this has come up with a few suggestions but I now need someone who can assist me.
