Deliverables include: At least 3–4 high-resolution (3000px or larger) JPEG or PNG images from multiple angles Marketing-ready, photorealistic concept images Drafts for feedback and revisions before final delivery Ideal freelancer qualifications: Experience in real estate or architectural 3D visualization Strong portfolio of similar development or concept work Proficiency with tools like Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, or 3ds Max Ability to blend site photography with 3D elements seamlessly Responsive and able to incorporate feedback quickly Please include in your proposal: Relevant portfolio samples Proposed timeline and fee Any questions about the provided materials We are looking for photorealistic images that inspire buyers and clearly convey the vision of the community, with an emphasis on curb appeal, landscaping, and realistic integration with the existing topography.
