Good Evening, I need a Gohighlevel or similar automated workflow for my estate agents business, the work flow requires email parser, email & sms, conversational AI, appointment scheduling, calls and voicemails.
I would like the buyer to be able to select a date / time to view a property then the system texts the owner (vendor) of the property to see if that time suits, if it does and they agree then the system confirms the appointment between the buyer and seller, if the seller cannot do that time it prompts them to suggest another time and sends back to the buyer, who hopefully will then agree. once agreed then the viewing is confirmed, if it still is not agreed then it prompts a call to our estate agency to mediate and organise the viewing appointment manually like we currently do.
