URGENT: Modify 8 floor plans

I have to modify 7 documents (I have them in PDF) to comply with a planning requirement (the house needed to be exactly in line with the one adjacent to it). The internal layout will be the same.
I have the DWG base files, but not the skills to use them and the previous designer has some health issues and has let me down. I would ideally like to be able to submit these documents before the end of today.
