REQUEST. Any chance someone can help? Experienced architectural designer or equivalent CIRCUMSTANCES. I have simple planning permission drawings (Block Pland & Prposed Floor Plans attached) for a combined 2 storey and single story extension to a house. Some minor foot print modifications since planning consent. Have a timber frame design underway (attached engineer's overmarks sketch with my modifications as a blue line mark up). Using existing foundations pluse some new. Preliminary Sructural Enginneers calcs and design done. OUTPUT. I really need to fill the drawings gap with comprehensive master drawings for builders to quote and to meet building notice (regs). Plans, elevations & cross sections with construction details please. Poss 3D as well but not essential. CAD and PDFs. Based in Wiltshire, UK. Urgent Please contact asap.
