Help and Gudance on the Transfer of a Website

We are looking for a UK based web designer that can assist and guide us on the transfer of a website we have had designed to ensure the website is transferred to us correctly on GitHub via Vercel and that the site has been independently backed up before we pay the web designer that is located overseas.
The transfer will be carried out over any desk and the last time we post this task for another site we had transferred this took no more than 10 minutes as your only observing the site transfer has been transferred correctly and no third party access has been linked in our Github account.
